Shipping policy

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

POQAS ships worldwide, excluding the countries that are not listed upon checkout. If you can not see your country, please contact our Customer Care at info@poqas.com and we'll do our best to arrange a personalised shipping.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that orders are shipped out.

STANDARD & EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard shipping in EU takes around 7 working days. Express International Shipping generally takes 2-5 business days for orders to arrive once shipped. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur. 

Signatures are required upon delivery for all express international shipments. PO Boxes will not be accepted - if you select express international shipping and your order is addressed to a PO Box it will be delayed from shipment while we organise an alternate address with you.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. POQAS is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout, please email info@poqas.com with your full shipping address and contact phone number so that we can assist you with the order.

If a change of address is made directly with DHL, POQAS will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly via our Customer Care contact service prior to your order being shipped.

POQAS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.

Non-Collected Items

Non-collected packages are not covered by the right to return item. If a delivered package is not collected, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the return-shipping as well as any additional penalty and processing fees applied by DHL.
